John B. Green, 66

John B. Green, 66 of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday December 20, 2022 at SOMC Hospice. He was born December 18, 1956 in Portsmouth to the late William and Opal Payton Green.

Along with his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife, Margie Pfau Green, whom he married on September 29, 1987; 3 brothers Willie, Roy and Charlie Green, and a sister Emma Nixon.

John is survived by 2 sons, Kyle Green of FT Fairfield, Maine and Josh Green of Wheelersburg; a daughter Sherry Hayslip of Portsmouth; a brother William Payton of Georgia; 2 sisters Donna Ramey of Wheelersburg and Mert Green of Portsmouth and best friends, Tom Campbell and Dora Campbell, along with several other family and friends.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, January 5, 2023 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ronald Richmond officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
