John William Liles, 86

John William Liles, 86 of Rittman, Ohio formerly of West Portsmouth died Monday, May 13, 2019 at Apostolic Christian Home.  He was born February 19, 1933 in Portsmouth to the late William T. and Linda M. Fannin Liles.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by 2 brothers and 2 sisters.  He was a retired United States Navy Veteran with 23 years of service and a member of the Second Presbyterian Church where he served as an Elder and Deacon.

John is survived by his wife Chris Anne Konzelmann Liles, 3 sons; Eric (Milisa) Liles and their daughter, Macaela (James) Sloan, David (Laura) Liles and their daughter, Jenna (Jonathan) Geiser, and Tim (Sharon) Liles and family, a daughter, Pam (Mike) Adkins and family.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday, May 17, 2019 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Reverend Allison Bauer officiating.  Interment will be in Siloam Cemetery with military graveside rites provided by the James Dickey Post 23 American Legion.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at noon.  Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
