Johnny Richard Welch, 48
Johnny Richard Welch, 48 of West Portsmouth died Wednesday, March 26, 2008 at his residence. Johnny was born May 6, 1959 in Portsmouth to Rosetta McNeil Welch and Johnnie Welch. He was a Marine Corp Veteran and had worked for MJ Welding.
Johnny is also survived by stepmother Roseann Welch; a daughter Nadia (Don) Smith of McDermott; three brothers, Mark Welch of Thornville, OH, Timothy Welch of West Portsmouth, and Walter Welch of Careys Run West Portsmouth; a sister Brenda Copley of Millerstown, PA; two grandchildren, a special friend Karen Fitch and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Friday, March 28, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Paul Mangus officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. on Friday.
