Joseph Cecil Donini, 80
Joseph Cecil Donini, 80 of West Portsmouth died Sunday, May 13, 2007 at SOMC Hospice Center. Joseph was born May 24, 1926 in Columbus, OH to the late Louis and Maria Rizzuto Donini. Joseph worked at Goodyear Atomic Energy Plant. He was a member of the Employees Union, a member of Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, a Korean War Army Veteran, and a member of American Legion Post 471.
Joseph was preceded in death by his wife Anna Rose Montavon Donini. He is survived by two daughters, Jo Anna Krohn of West Portsmouth and Susan Burkhardt of Orient; a brother, John Donini, a sister Mary Frances Lawther, 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by a brother, Louis Donini, a sister, Ernistine Everett, and a great grandson Landon Ireland.
Funeral services will be 10 A.M. Saturday, May 19, 2007 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Father David Young officiating and interment in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
Graveside Military Rites will be by James Dickey Post 23 American Legion. Friends may call at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth from 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com .
