Joy Sue Blevins, 66 of Stout, died Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at her home. She was born November 6, 1956 in Portsmouth to the late William Herbert and Mary Taylor Holsinger. Along with her parents

Joy was preceded in death by her husband, Woodrow Blevins and 2 brothers: Rickey and Robbie Holsinger.

Joy is survived by a son, Jack (Kim) Blevins, 2 stepsons: Greg Denning and Ronald (Sharon) Denning, 4 brothers: Jerry, Carl, Roger and Kenny Holsinger, 4 sisters: Vickie Rogers, Lena Holsinger, Tammy Brown and Linda Copas, 4 grandchildren: Jack (Sara) Blevins JR., Judy (Joe) Gammon, Jill (William) Manford and Tommy (Teton) Denning along with 5 great grandchildren and a special friend Crystal Haynes.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at Sunshine Ridge Cemetery with Ronald Richmond officiating. Family and friends will gather at the cemetery starting at 12 Noon.
