Joyce A Stegall, 68

Joyce A. Stegall 68 of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday September 22, 2015 at SOMC Hospice. She was born July 12, 1947 in Kentucky to the late Parnell and Omie Gibson Fox.

Joyce is survived by her husband Tommy Eugene Stegall who she was married to for 40 years, 4 sons; Todd, Terry, Timmy and Billy Riddle, 2 step children; Jarrod Stegall and Angel Stegall, 5 grandchildren; Tyson, Letisha, Hunter, Brandon and Todd and 1 great grandchild Samuel Thomas Riddle.
