Joyce Mullins, 76
Joyce Mullins, 76 of Portsmouth, died Tuesday December 25, 2007 at SOMC Hospice. She was born January 29, 1931 in Scioto County to the late Richard and Elma Wolfe Barber. She was a homemaker.
Joyce is survived by 3 sons; Alan Carter of West Portsmouth, Tim Carter of Portsmouth and Steve Carter of Wheelersburg, 1 daughter Rosalyn Thompson of Ft. Meyers, Fl., 3 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday December 29, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Alfred Banister officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8PM on Friday and from 11 till the funeral hour on Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
