Joyce Ann Collignon, 67

Joyce Ann Collignon, 67 of Blue Creek, spread her wings to fly into Heaven on Sunday February 26, 2017 at St Mary's Hospital in Huntington, West Virginia. She was born October 15, 1949 in Scioto County to the late Orville and Virginia Coleman Shaw. Along with her parents Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Larry Joseph Collignon and a grandson Jordan Smith.

She was a loving mother of 3 surviving children; Kevin Collignon of Blue Creek, Robin Collignon and Todd Collignon both of West Portsmouth, 5 grandchildren; Jeffrey Smith Jr., Jessica Smith, Amber Johnson, Gracie Collignon and Devon Collignon, 2 great grandchildren; Jordan Smith and Dakoda Johnson, 2 sisters; Helen Waughtel and Carol Boyd both of West Portsmouth. She was also a loving and caring girlfriend of Donald McGraw who she has lived with for 16 years in Blue Creek.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday March 2, 2017 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Gary Newman officiating. Interment will be in Sunshine Ridge Cemetery.
