Judy Carol Compton

Judy Carol Compton, 75 of West Portsmouth, died Thursday January 16, 2025 at her home. She was born November 14, 1949 in Portsmouth to the late William Jennings and Oleta Mae Bigelow Keibler. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her brothers and sisters.

Judy was retired from the Scioto County Board of DD, and Portsmouth City Schools. She was of the Christian faith and loved her cats.

She is survived by her best friends: Janet Reutinger and Nancy Bays, longtime friend Eddie Shumway, close friends; Kellie (Verlan) Reedy, Donny (Frances) Arthur, and Jarod (Jean) Reedy, her two nieces Portia Spradlin, Susan Frazier Petrilli and a nephew Alex Perez.

A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday January 22, 2025 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Nancy Bays officiating and interment in South Webster Cemetery.
