Julie Ann Oiler, 49

Julie Ann Oiler, 49 of Portsmouth, died Tuesday April 18, 2017 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born August 28, 1967 in Columbus to the late Leonard Oiler and Nancy Morrow Oiler who survives. Julie was a 1985 graduate of Portsmouth West High School.

Along with her mother she is survived by a son, Ian Gill of Portsmouth, a daughter, Megan Conkel of Piketon, a brother Steve Oiler of South Shore, KY, 3 grandchildren; Canaan Conkel, Ramseise Conkel, and Jaylin Conkel, a niece Heather Blevins, a nephew Josh Oiler, 1 great-niece, and 3 great-nephews.
