June Marilyn Jewell, 68
June Marilyn Jewell, 68 of McDermott died Monday, November 7, 2005 at her home. June was born June 5, 1937 in Portsmouth to the late David Earl and Laura Johnson Nichols. She was a member of Peoples Tabernacle and had worked for US Playing Card Company in Cincinnati.
June is survived by a daughter Laura Lynn Fellhauer, a brother Earl F. Nichols; three sisters, Linda Thomas, Dotty Ruth Wentworth, and Glenna Duncan; two grandchildren
Christy Porter and Jennifer Dixon; three great grandchildren Franklin and Josh Porter and Chandler Dean Dixon; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two sons, Ernie Lee and Ernest E. Jewell and a great grandson Kyle Porter.
Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Friday, November 11, 2005 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Danny Thompson officiating and interment in Lucasville Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
