Kaleb Levi Hayslip
Kaleb Levi Hayslip died Sunday, July 2, 2006. He was born June 7, 2006. Kaleb is survived by his mother, Amber Hayslip and his father, Dallas Gilbert II. He is also survived by two half sisters, Chooi Brooke Hayslip and Morgan Marie Gilbert, a brother Dallas James Gilbert III; grandparents, Jerry and Jody Hayslip of West Portsmouth and Chris and Dallas Gilbert of Portsmouth; great grandparents, Larry and Judy Ward of West Portsmouth and Roy Lee and Mary Bertram of Columbus.
Funeral services will be 12 noon Thursday, July 6, 2006 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with James McCullough officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 10 to 12. Kaleb will be missed but he will always be in our hearts.
