Katheryn Aberdean Lute, 83
Katheryn Aberdean Lute, 83 of Lucasville, died Thursday March 5, 2009 at Rest Haven Nursing Home in McDermott. She was born April 12, 1925 in Scioto County to the late Harry E. and Margaret Arise Lute Miller. She was a homemaker and a member of McDermott Freewill Baptist Church. Along with her parents Katheryn was preceded in death by a daughter Joan K. Newman, a brother Wayne Miller and a sister Vera Stevens.
Katheryn is survived by 2 daughters; Karen Martin and Sheryl Lute both of Lucasville, 4 sons; Douglas Crawford of Indiana, Dan Crawford of Otway, Mark Crawford and Michael Lute both of McDermott, 4 sisters; Virginia Cox of Lucasville, Shirley Webb of Otway and Marsha Jordan and Marlyn Boldman both of McDermott, 2 brothers;, Larry and Glen Miller both of McDermott, 18 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday March 8, 2009 at McDermott Freewill Baptist Church with Craddock Frye officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Church an hour prior to the service. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.
