Kathy Elizabeth Biars, 44

Kathy Elizabeth "Beth" Biars, 44, of West Portsmouth, died Sunday, August 14, 2016 at her home.  She was born September 13, 1971 in Portsmouth to the late Steven Biars and Kathi (Harold) Briggs of Portsmouth.  She was an LPN.

Along with her mother, Beth is survived by her fiancé Michael Sissel, a son Hunter Michael Sissel, a brother Steven Biars, a sister Stephanie Hernandez, and grandmother Nancy Harper.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Saturday, August 20, 2016 at Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with David Sibole officiating.  Internment will be in McKendree Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday starting at 11 AM.
