Kenneth Dale Cook Sr., 55
Kenneth Dale Cook Sr., 55 of Stout died Sunday March 23, 2008 at King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Ky. He was born July 23, 1952 in Adams County to the late Page Franklin Cook and Mildred McGraw Cook of Stout. He was a former employee of Nile Township and a former Volunteer Fireman in Buena Vista.
Along with his mother Kenneth is survived by 2 sons; Kenneth Dale (Debbie) Cook Jr. of Stout and Robert Burton (Rachel) Cook of West Portsmouth, a granddaughter Kayla Sue Cook of West Portsmouth, 4 brothers James Franklin Cook and Ronald Steven Cook both of Marysville and David Eugene Cook and Donald Page Cook of Stout, special nieces Dorothy Cook and Theresa Cook, special nephew Page Cook, special grand nieces Morgan Cook and Summer Cook and special grand nephew's Page Cook Jr and Bobby Lemon.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Thursday March 27, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Roger Boling officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday and 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
