Kitty Marie Turner, 67

Kitty Marie Turner, 67 West Portsmouth, went home to be with the Lord, Thursday, July 2, 2026 at her home. She was born January 14, 1959 in Portsmouth, to the late Earl Frank and Peggy Sue Gray Grandin.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by an infant daughter.

She was a homemaker and Vice President of Ohio Builders Surplus.

Kitty is survived her husband Jim Turner, whom she married on January 15, 1981, 2 daughters; Nikki (JR) Helmic and Adrian (Dave) Brooks, 2 step daughters; Carla (Rick) Hiles and Jackie (Mark) Murphy, a brother, Darin (Pam) Grandin, 8 grandchildren; Jacob (Lacy) Hatfield, Kyle (Cidney) Colley, Brooke (Cory) Bess, Audreana (Dakota) Grooms, Joshua Thoroughman (Carlie Cooper), James, Bella and Briggs Taylor, along with several great grandchildren, a niece, Jessica (Michael) Bennett and 2 special friends; Juetta Conley and Robin Timberlake.

Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Sam Salyer and Jeff Mundhenk officiating. Interment will be in Friendship Cemetery.
