Kyle Ruggles, 51

Kyle Richard Ruggles, 51 of West Portsmouth died Wednesday February 12, 2014 at his home. He was born June 10, 1962 in Portsmouth to Raymond Lovell and Shelby Deaver Ruggles of West Portsmouth. He was a retired Millwright. Along with his parents Kyle is survived by his wife Margaret Sanford Ruggles who he married on May 1, 1989, a son Kyle (Candice Pickelsimer) Ruggles of West Portsmouth, 2 daughters; Kari (Ronnie) Hayslip and Amanda (Mark) Redden all of Stout, a brother Marty Ruggles of Clarksville, TN and a sister Penny Johnson of Garrison, 4 grandchildren; Kenzey "Big Girl", Kasey "Baby Girl" and Westyn "Papaw" Hayslip and Aubrey "Jo 52" Redden. Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday February 17, 2014 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Edward Messer and Donald Harr officiating. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 1 to 5:00 PM on Sunday and 1 hour prior to the service on Monday.
