Lena Bell Kuhn Coder, 89, of Portsmouth died Friday, June 03, 2005 at Hempstead Manor. Lena was born December 11, 1915 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Frank Julius Kuhn, Jr. and Georgia Marie Cannaday Kuhn. She worked for Dayton Tire and Rubber and was a member of Careys Run Church of Christ.
Lena was preceded in death by her first husband, Maurice Clark Gardner of Rardin and her second husband Paul Coder of Dayton. Lena is survived by a son, Raymond Eugene Kuhn of West Portsmouth; two daughters, Barbara Eileen Jackson of Orlando, FL, and Karen A. Supplee of Lawrenceville, GA; two grandsons, Dale Kuhn and Christopher Supplee; two granddaughters, Becky Blevings and Leandra Supplee; one great grandson, Kyle Blevings and two great granddaughters, Kaylee Blevings and Kathaleen Kuhn; a brother William Kuhn of Columbus, IN and a sister Elizabeth Kingrey of Orlando, FL and several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Kathaleen Wiseman and two brothers, Hiram and Loren Kuhn.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Monday, June 6, 2005 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with interment in Rushtown Cemetery.
