Lillian Mae Pennywitt Speas 83

Lillian Mae Pennywitt Speas, 83 of West Portsmouth died Monday, July 05, 2004 at Hillview Retirement Center.  Lillian was born January 7, 1921 in Scioto County to the late Charles and Myrtle Mullins Pennywitt.  She was a homemaker and a member of Dry Run Church of Christ.

Lillian was preceded in death by her husband, William Albert Speas.  She is survived by a son Wayne Albert Speas and a daughter Linda Mae Speas Jordan both of  West Portsmouth; a brother, Charles Pennywitt of Mansfield, OH; eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by three brothers, Harry, Raymond and Ralph Pennywitt.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Thursday, July 8, 2004 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor Rase Martin officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.  Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P.M. on Wednesday and one hour prior to the service on Thursday.  Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Southern Ohio or The American Cancer Association.  Condolences maybe sent to
