Lilly Ann Elliott, 53

Lilly Ann Howard Elliott, 53 of Portsmouth, died Monday, July 21, 2025 at her home. She was born August 9, 1971 in Portsmouth to the late Bill Howard and Goldie Stevens Howard who survives.

Along with her father she was preceded in death by a brother, Simon Howard, a sister Kathy Howard and mother-in-law Mary Ellen Sowards.

Along with her mother, Lilly is survived by 3 daughters; Holly Elliott, Mandy Talbert and Rachael (Robert) Grubbs, 2 brothers; Glen Howard and Erin Howard, a sister Madelynn Howard-Barrett, 8 grandchildren; Drake Hatfield, Liam Smalley, Symon Forshey, Jackstin Elliott, Letty Zamudio, Mary Talbert, Joshua Talbert and Noah Morris, a great grandson Grayson Sprague, the father of her children, James Elliott and a grand dog Boomer along with several nieces and nephews.
