Lloyd Franklin Martin Jr., 65

Lloyd Franklin Martin Jr. "Butch", 65 of Portsmouth formerly of West Portsmouth, died Saturday April 13, 2013 at his home. He was born March 14, 1948 in Portsmouth to the late Lloyd Franklin Martin and Virginia Smith Martin of Portsmouth.  Butch was a long time member of Rehoboth Mission Church in West Portsmouth. Along with his father, he was preceded in death by his wife Belle Sawyer Martin who he married on December 10, 1978 in West Portsmouth, 2 brothers; Paul Edward Martin and Roby Gene Martin.

Along with his mother Virginia, Butch is survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Thursday April 18, 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with David Lute officiating and interment in Larkin Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday starting at Noon. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
