Loretta "Lori" Halcomb, 64

Loretta "Lori" Burchett Halcomb, 64 of West Portsmouth, went home to be with her Lord on Monday November 21, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born January 22, 1952 in Lorain, Ohio to the late William Harold Burchett and Jean Ratliff Burchett who survives. She was a nursing assistant, a member of Cole's Boulevard Church and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Along with her father she was preceded in death by her husband Randolph Timothy Halcomb and a brother Douglas Burchett.

Along with her mother Jean, Lori is survived by 2 sons; Shannon Jeremy Phillips (Michael Wickham) of Athens and Chad Jared Phillips of West Portsmouth, 2 grandchildren; Devon and Jonah Phillips of West Portsmouth, 3 brothers; William Harold Burchett Jr. (Rosemary) and Steven Burchett all of West Portsmouth, and Jason Burchett (Judy) of Portsmouth.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday December 2, 2016 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Chad Benner officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday starting at 11:00 AM. The family requests that any donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Lori's name.
