Loretta A. Williams, 57 of Portsmouth, died Friday August 26, 2016 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born November 5, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late Harris and Mary Irene Fitch Howard. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Williams Jr. and 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

Loretta is survived by a son Clint L. Williams, 3 daughters; Melissa Spergin, Sheila King and Danielle Williams, 11 grandchildren, 5 brothers and 2 sisters along with several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Friday September 2, 2016 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Brian Holbrook officiating and interment in Vaughters Cemetery.
