Lucille Manchester Jordan, 87
Lucille Manchester Jordan, 87 of the Hurth Apartments in Portsmouth died Sunday, February 18, 2007 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Lucille was born August 25, 1919 in Blue Creek to the late Patrick Henry and Mary Belle Thatcher Easter. She was a homemaker, a member of Mabert Road Baptist Church and had attended Peoples Tabernacle.
Lucille is survived by two sons, Eugene "Pat" Manchester of West Portsmouth and Richard Jordan of South Shore; two daughters, Maxine "Joe" Evans of West Portsmouth, and Charlene "Steve" Fyffe of Scottsdale, Arizona; 14 grandchildren, 22 Great grandchildren, and 9 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Charles Pete Manchester and a sister Ethel Jordan.
Funeral services will be 1 P.M. Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ben Musick officiating and interment in Friendship Cemetery.
