Lucille H. Talley, 86
Lucille H. Talley, 86 of Portsmouth died Thursday, October 12, 2006 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Lucille was born November 3, 1919 in Van Lear, KY to the late James Preston and Minnie Mae Thompson Howard. She was a Homemaker and a member of the Church of God.
Lucille was preceded in death by her husband Otis Talley; two sister Hazel Skaggs and Lorraine Phillips and two brothers, Jesse and James Howard.
Visitation will be from 5 to 6 P.M. Sunday, October 15, 2006 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. A graveside service will be 10 A.M. Monday, October 16, 2006 at Mershon Cemetery.
