Lucille Wittenmyer, 82
Lucille Wittenmyer, 82 of West Portsmouth, died Saturday January 19, 2013 at her home. She was born September 26, 1930 in Warfield, Ky. to the late John B. and Bertha Patrick Whitman . Along with her parents Lucille was preceded in death by her husband George Wittenmyer who she married on April 12, 1948 a son Dr. George Franklin Wittenmyer, a daughter Linda Gail Thompson and several brothers and sisters. She was a homemaker and a member of Grant and Summit Church of Christ.
Lucille is survived by 2 sons; Richard (Kimberly) Wittenmyer and Charles (Connie) Wittenmyer both of West Portsmouth, 2 daughters Joyce Purdy of West Portsmouth and Lisa (Nicholas) Brown of Troy, Ohio, a daughter-n-law Linda Sue Wittenmyer of Homestead Fl., 10 grandchildren; Alisha, Derek, Tiffany, Wesley, Christopher, Josh, Brandi, Joe, Andrew and Zachary, and 16 Great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday January 22 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Lynn Wessell officiating. Interment will be in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9:00 PM on Monday and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
