Lucy R. Russell, 71

Lucy R. Russell, 71 of Portsmouth, died Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born July 15, 1945 to the late Tom and Cleo Marshall Cole. She was an office administrator for various insurance companies for many years. Along with her parents, Lucy was preceded in death by a brother Larry Cole and 2 sisters; Bessie Harvey and Betty Barrett.

Lucy is survived by her husband Ron Sparks, a daughter, Hollie M. Fuller of Palm City, Fl., 2 grandchildren; Maya Fuller and Linde Fuller both of Palm City, Fl., 2 brothers; Bob Cole of Beattyville, Ky. and Lonnie Cole of Goshen, Oh., a sister Mary "Gal" Cole of Rosemount along with several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday February 24, 2017 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Dick Diltz officiating. Family and friends will gather at the funeral home starting at 10:00am. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
