Lucy A. Davis, 62
Lucy A. Davis, 62 of Orient formerly of Portsmouth, went to be with the Lord Saturday June 21, 2008 at her home. She was born March 7, 1946 in Portsmouth to the late Shirley and Fearn Coburn Henderson. She attended Canaan Land Church of Grove City and a former member of Rubyville Community Church.
Lucy is survived by her husband William P. Davis of Orient; 2 sons and their wives; Jeff and Christy Davis and Bryan and Lori Davis all of Portsmouth, 4 grandchildren Hope, Hannah, Kylie and Alex Davis.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Thursday June 26, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Calvin Ray Evans officiating. Entombment will be at Memorial Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday and 1 hour prior to the service on Thursday. The families favorite charity is Rubyville Community Church building fund.
