Marjorie Pitts Osborne 85
Marjorie Pitts Osborne 85 of Portsmouth, died Sunday, July 27, 2008 at Heartland of Portsmouth. Marjorie was born May 27, 1923 in South Webster to the late Thomas and Lona Jenkins Pitts. She had worked as an assembly line worker at the Phoenix Pie Plant. Marjorie was proceeded in death by her husband; Ray Edward Osborne and three sisters; Vada Irene McGue, Doris Pitts and Louise Cole.
Marjorie is survived by one daughter; Barbara Bentley, two sons; James (Melody) Osborne and Charles (Linda) Osborne, three brothers; Robert (Violet) Pitts, Everett (Eileen) Pitts, Thomas (Delores) Pitts, one sister; Jean Payton, two grandchildren; Kimberly and Wendy Bentley, two great grandsons; Jacob and Andrew Bentley and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 1pm Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Bryan Chaffins officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6 to 8PM Tuesday and one hour prior to the service on Wednesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
