Marion Weghorst, 53
Marion "Tommy" Watson Weghorst, 53 of Blue Creek died Friday December 30, 2011 at the Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born September 30, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late Frederick Watson and Violet Irene Williams Weghorst. Tommy worked for Distels Construction and was a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association.
Tommy is survived by his Fiancé Tracy Moore of Blue Creek, 2 step-daughters; Courtney and Kirsten Davis of Blue Creek, 2 brothers; Larry (Vali) Weghorst of Stout, Illie (Diane) Weghorst of Blue Creek, 2 sisters; Kay Dibene of California and Sharon Bolton of Texas, a step-brother and 2 step sisters, 3 good friends; Danny Allen, Mike Distel, and David Allen, several nieces and nephews, and his two dogs; "Sadie Mae" and "Acers".
Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday January 3, 2012 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Greg Cooper officiating and interment in Worley's Run cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-8:00 PM on Monday and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home in Tommy's name.
