Mark Edward Hammonds, 54

Mark Edward Hammonds, 54 of West Portsmouth, went to be with the Lord, Monday October 19, 2015 at University of Toledo Medical Center. He was born December 4, 1960 in Portsmouth to Russell E. and Janet McGinnis Hammonds who survive. Mark was a pipefitter and a mechanic. He was preceded in death by his grandparents; Russell and Elnora Hammonds and Thomas McGinnis and a sister Karlisa Rae Hammonds.

Along with his parents Mark is survived by a son, Mark Edward (Jodi) Hammonds Jr. of Franklin Furnace, a brother, Daniel (Katy) Hammonds of Otway, 2 sisters; Kimberly (Bill) Hamilton of Oak Hill and Sheila (Don) Hammonds of West Portsmouth, a grandmother Betty McGinnis of West Portsmouth, 2 grandchildren, Russell and McKenzie Hammonds and a special friend Cathy Linger of Toledo and her two sons, Brian and C.J. Kruthaup, and their two children Karlee and little C.J.

Funeral Services will be 1:00PM Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Tony Knittel officiating and interment in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
