Martha Arrowood Hamilton Rice, 91
Martha Arrowood Hamilton Rice, 91, was born December 6, 1913 in Johnson County, KY to the latde George Washington and Frances Emeline Caudill Arrowood. She was a homemaker, a member of Nauvoo United Methodist Church (baptized April 9, 1950), and a member of Sunset Bowling League.
Martha was preceded in death by her first husband Howard Hamilton and her second husband Donald Rice. She is survived by four nieces Freda Vulgamore, Norma Shepherd, Nancy Burcham, Dian Spriggs; a nephew Charles W. Stephens; and several great nieces and nephews. Martha was preceded in death by a brother, Winston Arrowood and a sister Nora Stephens.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Friday, June 17, 2005 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Pastor James Richter officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P.M on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
