Mary Hill 86
Mary Hill 86, of Portsmouth, died Friday, January 1, 2010 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born July 14, 1923 in Winfrede, West Virginia to the late Sameth David and Rozena Elizabeth Webb Perdue. Mary was a Homemaker. Along with her parents she preceded in death by her husband, William Hill, whom she married, May 8, 1940, a son; David Henry Hill, four brothers; James, William, Willis and John Perdue and two sisters; Sally Downing and Emily Deal.
Mary is survived by one son; Willard Hill of Canton, five daughters; Clara Bradford of Oregon OH, Rosie Burchett of Portsmouth, Wanda Dingess of Brook Park OH, Mary Hicks of Portsmouth, and Brenda Hill of Portsmouth, one brother; David Perdue of Chicago, Several grandchildren and Great Grandchildren.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Monday January 4, 2010 at Scioto Burial Park with Thomas Spencer officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
