Mary Joann Bowling, 74 of West Portsmouth, died Thursday July 21, 2022 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born December 6, 1947 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Stanley and Lucille Rose Marie Ragano Kudla.

Joann formerly worked at Palmetto GBA in Wheelersburg.

Joann is survived by 2 sons: Stephen Lane Dunks (Rebecca Shepherd), and Jonathan Michael Bowling (Meagan Treece), a sister Linda Bugielski and 3 grandchildren: Joshua Dunks, Stephani Dunks and Gabriel Hubbard-Bowling.
