Matthew Lee Bolton, 58
Matthew Lee Bolton, 58 of Portsmouth, died Wednesday June 15, 2011 at his residence. He was born September 6, 1952 in Portsmouth to the late Reese Bolton and Delana Carter Bolton of West Portsmouth. Matthew was a Vietnam War Army Veteran. Along with his father he was preceded in death by a brother Steve Bolton.
Along with his mother Matthew is survived by a daughter Susan (Sean) Thornsberry of Beaver, 3 sons; Matthew Lee Bolton, Jr and Eric (Bambi) Bolton all of Leesburg and Kevin Bolton of Portsmouth, 7 grandchildren; Kayla and Stevie Thornberry, Beth and Mackenzie Bolton and Ethan, Evan and Barbara Jean Bolton, 3 brothers; Reese Bolton of Portsmouth, Jeff (Loretta) Bolton of Bethel and Ted Bolton and longtime companion Kathy McClasky.
There will be private services held at the convenience if the family. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences can be sent to the family at www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
