Melinda Hill, 51

Melinda Hill, 51 of Portsmouth died Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at SOMC Hospice.  She was born January 23, 1969 in Sylvester, West Virginia to Brenda Kay Hill Hutchison of Portsmouth.

Along with her mother, Melinda is survived by a sister, Mary M. Hill of Portsmouth, a brother, Rexford Smith of Chillicothe, special nephews; Rex Andrew Smith and Mark (Junifer) Adkins, a special niece, Mary Beth Adkins, a special aunt, Mary Hicks, a special uncle, Jessie Hicks, friends; Sue Ann McCormick and Bradley J. Hall, several cousins, very special nurses; Joann Bellar and Donna Adkins, like a grandmother, Mary Madden and her daughter, Danyell Adkins and 4 grandchildren from West Virginia.

Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at Scioto Burial Park.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth.  Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
