Melvin Lowell Evans, 76
Melvin Lowell Evans, 76 of Portsmouth died Friday, December 07, 2007, at his residence. Melvin was born March 24, 1931 in Lawrence County, OH to the late Harlan Buster and Anna Cade Evans. He served in the Army Infantry during the Korean Conflict.
Melvin is survived by good friends and caregivers Dee and Billie Porter and Wanda Villeda.
Graveside Military Rites will be held 10 A.M. Tuesday at Scioto Burial Park with military rites by James Dickey Post 23 American Legion. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
