Michael Lee Haynes, 48
Michael Lee Haynes, 48, of Portsmouth died Tuesday, March 29, 2005 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Michael was born June 16, 1956 in Portsmouth to Anna Murphy Haynes and the late James Haynes of Friendship. Michael was a car salesman for 20 years.
He is survived by his daughter Kasie Haynes of Wheelersburg; two sisters, Sherry (Dave) Mathews of Portsmouth and Donna (Tex) Pierce of Grove City; one brother, Lowell Eddie (Barb) Haynes of Odle Creek; three caregivers, Patti Russell, Yvonne Elliott and Lee Ann Stump; good friends Mike Journey, Sid Madden, Tony Tackett, and Mark and Susie Henderson; and great niece and nephews Clarissa Roberts, Mekhi Winbush and Jeremiah Flannery. Michael was preceded in death by a son, James Curtis Haynes, two brothers, Alan Dale Haynes and James E. Haynes, Jr.
Funeral services will be held 1 P.M. Saturday, April 2, 2005 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Reverend James Brandenburg officiating and interment in McKendree Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 6 to 8 P.M. on Friday and one hour prior to the service on Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
