Michele Renee' Guerard, 44

Michele Renee' Guerard, 44 of Blue Creek died Tuesday January 5, 2015 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. She was born March 21, 1971 in Naples, Italy to the late Dan Flores and Margaret Perry who survives.

Along with her mother, Michele is survived by her husband Jeffery Guerard whom she married December 27, 2011, 2 sons; Willie Lewis and Alex Lewis both of West Portsmouth, a daughter Faith Lewis of West Portsmouth, a brother Daniel Mateo Flores of Las Vegas, a sister Angela Flores of West Portsmouth, a niece Ariel Flores-Conley of West Union, and a nephew Koty Fisher of West Portsmouth.
