Michelle Elaine Bean, 68

Michelle Elaine Smith Bean, 68, of Chattanooga, Tenn. formerly of West Portsmouth, Ohio died Thursday September 26, 2024 at her home with family after a long battle of cancer. She was born March 16, 1956 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Raymond Albert Smith and Teressa Greenwood Smith.

Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Tim Bean.

Michelle is survived by her only son, Joshua (Jennie) Bean of Chattanooga, two brothers; Shannon Smith of West Portsmouth and Scott Smith of Lucasville and a sister Kimberly Charles of St. Louis. along with three grandchildren Isaiah, Isabelle, and Jacob Bean who affectionately called her Granny. She also has many loving friends new and old from Chattanooga and Portsmouth. If love would have kept her alive she would have lived forever.
