Mildred Louise Windsor, 77
Mildred Louise Windsor, 77, of West Portsmouth died Monday, January 15, 2007 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. Mildred was born September 25, 1929 in Portsmouth to the late Harold and Kathaleen Kuhn Wiseman. She retired from Mercy Hospital, was a member of Carey's Run Church of Christ and Portsmouth Chapter Eastern Star.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Herman Windsor. She is survived by a daughter, Geneva Windsor; two brothers Gene Kuhn of West Portsmouth, Bob Holsinger of Grove City and a sister Betty Pistole of Friendship. In addition to her husband, Mildred was preceded in death by a son, Russell Eugene Windsor and a brother Floyd Holsinger.
Funeral services will be 11 A.M. Friday, January 19, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Jimmy Hughes and Glen Lawhaun officiating. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 5 to 9 on Thursday and one hour prior to the service on Friday. An Eastern Star service will be held at 8 P.M.
