Naomi Janet Wagner, 49

Naomi Janet Wagner, 49, of Portsmouth died Sunday April 28, 2013 at her home. She was born July 13, 1963 in Portsmouth to the late Walter and Geneva Holsinger Wagner. She worked in retail sales and was of the Pentecostal faith.

Naomi is survived by her boyfriend of 11 years Buddy Mutter, 5 sons; Robert Dale Wagner, James Lee Wagner, Paul Fred Brown Wagner, Paul Fred Brown Jr. and Cecil Wesley Eugene Brown, 3 daughters; Heidi Ann Wagner, Paula Freda Brown Wagner and Amy Lynn Brown Wagner, 3 brothers; Ronald Lee Wagner, Willie Wagner and Walter Wagner Jr., 3 sisters; Dora Mantel, Charlotte Marcum and Edith Wagner and 14 grandchildren.
