Nicholas Clay Throckmorton, 53
Nicholas Clay Throckmorton, 53 of West Portsmouth, died Tuesday May 10, 2016 at James Cancer Hospital in Columbus. He was born on August 17, 1962 in Marion, Ohio to the late Truman Clay and Barbara Ann McCall Throckmorton. Nick was an employee at 239 Auto in West Portsmouth. He loved to fish, go to Reds games, and family cookouts.
Nick is survived by his wife, Melissa Spencer Throckmorton ,2 daughters; Jennifer (AJ) Pitts, and Katie Throckmorton, 4 sons; JR (Brandi) Haywood, Nathan (Hope) Haywood, Shawn Haywood, and Branden Haywood, a grandchild, Cameron Jones, 4 sisters; Rowena Throckmorton, Althea Throckmorton, Natalie Throckmorton, Amanda Throckmorton, a mother-in-law Martha Spencer, 2 brother- in-laws; Cliff (Kyra) Spencer, Keith (Missy) Spencer, sister-in-law Tina Spencer, 14 nieces and nephews, and his dog Lilly.
Funeral services will be 4:00pm Saturday, May 14, 2016 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday starting at 2:00pm. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
