Nita L. Hodge, 61
Nita L. Hodge, 61 of West Portsmouth, died Sunday November 10, 2019 at SOMC Hospice. She was born September 24, 1958 in Portsmouth to the late Thomas Lewis Cook Sr. and Juanita Adkins who survives. Along with her father she is preceded in death by her husband James Edward Hodge whom she married June 14, 1975, a brother, Thomas Cook Jr., and 2 sisters; Deborah Thompson and Angela Cook.
Along with her mother she is survived by 2 sons; Joshua Hodge and James (Tina) Hodge Jr., a daughter, Angel (Timothy) Scott, 3 grandchildren; James Hodge III, Jacob Hodge, and Melodee Cooper.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00PM Thursday, November 14, 2019 at Scioto Burial Park with Rev. Timothy Scott officiating. Friends may call at the cemetery on Thursday starting at 12:30PM. Arrangements are under the direction of the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
