Noah Albert Edward Luther, 20 of Portsmouth, died Saturday May 20, 2023. He was born October 1, 2002 to Roger Luther and Gina Ledford Luther.

He was preceded in death by grandparents: Albert Luther, Mary Luther, Brenda Sheppard and Paris Sheppard, uncles: Arnold Luther and Paris Lee Sheppard

Noah was a 2021 graduate of Portsmouth High School.

Along with his parents, Noah is survived by a grandfather Donald Ledford, a half brother David Whitby, a niece Nicole Whitby, special cousin Selena Vaques and Rosalea Rodrigues, aunts and uncles: Angie Rawlins, Frances Luther, Crystal Buckler, Pamela Sheppard, Nancy Caceres Sanchez and Thomas Sheppard, Kenny Holsinger Jr., several other cousins and a special friend Laura Pitts.

Funeral services will be 8:00 PM Tuesday, May 30, 2023 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth. Friends may call at the funeral home on Tuesday starting at 6:00 PM. Condolences and donations can be made at www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com.
