Noble E. Denning, 96

Noble E. Denning, 96 of West Portsmouth died Wednesday November 4, 2015 at SOMC Hospice. He was born June 26, 1919 in West Portsmouth to the late T.T. and Icy Kline Denning. Noble was a retired carpenter and farmer and a member of Harrison Free Will Baptist Church and attended Temple Baptist Church. Along with his parents Noble was preceded in death by 2 brothers; Russell and Elmer Denning and a sister Freda Denning.

Noble is survived by his wife Geneva Fields Denning whom he married on May 30, 1959 in West Portsmouth, a daughter, Rebecca J. Denning and son-in-law Arthur C. Silva of Columbus and a niece Kay Everman of Slidell, LA.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Friday November 6, 2015 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with John Gowdy, Daniel Widdig and Michael Mounts officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
