Norman L. Hall, Sr.
Norman L. Hall Sr 67 of West Portsmouth, died Friday April 6, 2007 at Southern Ohio Medical Center. He was born March 24, 1940 in West Portsmouth to the late Jack and Katie Riffe Hall. He was a Army veteran, a retired mechanic, was an avid coon hunter and loved coaching Little League Baseball.
Norman is survived by his wife Nancy Couch Hall whom he married November 11, 1971, 3 sons; Norman L. (Jenifer) Hall, Jr., John Hall and Damon Hall all of West Portsmouth, 2 daughters; Chastity (Steve) Pachin of Huber Heights, Ronda (Tim) Daniels of Beavercreek, 2 brothers; Linzie Hall of Florida and John Hall of Portsmouth, Virginia, 4 sisters; Marie Blanton of Marion, Lena James of Florida, Pauline Adkinson, and Ruth Crum both of Dayton, 17 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.. Norman was also preceded in death by 2 daughters Julie Ann Hall and Rebecca Tribbey.
Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Tuesday April 10, 2007 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Ben Musick officiating. Interment will be at Scioto Burial Park with graveside military rites by James Dickey Post American Legion. Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 8 PM on Monday and 1 hour prior to the service on Tuesday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
