Olive Marie McClurg, 95
Olive Marie McClurg, 95 of West Portsmouth, died Wednesday January 9, 2008 at Crystal Care Center Portsmouth. She was born December 6, 1912 in Garrison, Ky. to the late John Perry and Rosabell Zornes Clark. Olive was a former employee of Williams Shoe Manufacturing and was a member of the Garrison Methodist Church. Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Leslie Lee McClurg, 2 sons; Joe Lee McClurg and Norman McClurg and a daughter-in-law Wilma McClurg.
Olive is survived by a son Carl (Eloise) McClurg Sr. of West Portsmouth, 7 grandchildren 13 great grandchildren and 5 gt gt grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 AM Saturday January 12, 2008 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Tim Palla officiating and interment in Waring Cemetery in Garrison, Ky.. Friends may call at the funeral home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Friday and 1 hour prior to the service on Saturday. Condolences may be sent to www.rogerwdavisfuneralhome.com
