Otto Collins 84, of Portsmouth , Ohio died Thursday August 29, 2013 at Riverside hospital in Columbus, Ohio. He was born March 8, 1929 to the late Shell and Eva Whitaker Collins. Otto was an ordained minister and a former long time employee of the Portsmouth Casting company. Along with his parents Otto was preceded in death by 5 sisters; Okie (Collins) Spencer, Opal Pearl (Elizabeth) Fraley, Oma Spencer, Ocie Puckett and Ogie.

Otto is survived by his wife of 59 years Mildred (Spencer) Collins, a son Otto Collins of Columbus and a daughter Ruth Ann Scott also of Columbus, 3 grandchildren; Steven Collins, Robert Scott and Timothy Scott, 2 brothers; Ollie Collins of Toledo and Raleigh Collins of Paintsville, Ky

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Monday September 2, 2013 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth and interment in Scioto Burial Park.
