Patricia Ann "Pat" Payne, 85

Patricia Ann "Pat" Payne, 85 of West Portsmouth, died Sunday September 19, 2021 at SOMC Hospice. She was born August 8, 1936 in Portsmouth to the late Boone and Virgie Salyer Arnett.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Thomas R. Payne whom she married August 14, 1954, her twin brother, Paul Vernon Arnett, and Robert and Ralph Arnett.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Jill (Keith) Carr, a granddaughter McKenzie (Tim) Carr Large, a great-granddaughter, Ellie Brooke Large, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 1:00 PM Wednesday September 22, 2021 at Big Run United Baptist Church in Lucasville with Arvil "Jr." Murray and Marvin Carver officiating and interment in Scioto Burial Park. Friends may call at the church on Wednesday starting at 12:00 Noon. The family requests that everyone wear a mask. Arrangement are under the direction of the Roger W.
